Thank you for supporting Luka Torkovic Art & Media Studio. We take great structural care in packaging your product so it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. Below you will find the legal disclosures, timelines, and processing terms for our physical deliveries.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding German public holidays) before being handed over to our shipping carriers. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our Hamburg studio.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Windows

We calculate our shipping windows in business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays). The estimated delivery time begins the moment the carrier scans the parcel:

• Germany (Domestic): 2 to 3 business days.
• European Union (EU Zone): 4 to 7 business days.

3. Safe Delivery Packaging Constraints (Maximum 5 Books)

Our packaging accommodates a maximum of 5 books per single parcel. Our checkout system automatically caps consumer carts at 5 units. If you require an order exceeding 5 copies, please contact us directly at sales@lukatorkovic.art so we can arrange individual packaging and shipping for you.

4. Shipping Costs & Transparency

Total shipping rates are displayed at the final checkout screen before you hit "Pay Now." All domestic and EU shipping charges include applicable statutory taxes.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Under European Union consumer protection laws, Luka Torkovic Art & Media Studio bears full legal responsibility for the safety of your goods while they are in transit. If your parcel arrives visibly crushed, water-damaged, or fails to deliver within 30 days, please contact our support desk immediately at support@lukatorkovic.art with your order number and photographic proof of the packaging damage. We will rapidly handle the courier investigation and issue a priority replacement or full refund.
