Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your creative journey! We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your coloring book must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

• Completely unused, unmarked, and uncolored.
• In its original packaging (including unbroken shrink-wrap, if applicable).
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Digital Downloads: Any digital coloring pages, PDF books, or downloadable assets are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@lukatorkovic.art.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@lukatorkovic.art if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage if possible.

A Note on Offset Printing: Our coloring books are produced using professional industrial offset printing. Due to the nature of this traditional printing process, minor variations in ink density, faint speckling, or slight page-to-page tonal shifts can naturally occur. These organic characteristics do not affect the usability of the coloring book and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our eligibility criteria (unused, uncolored, and in original packaging).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
